Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Le Ciel Beauty Lab. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills, creativity, and knowledge in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, tailored to meet each client’s needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients cutting-edge services and advice.
  • Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences, providing expert recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent service and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Promote salon products and services to clients, providing education and guidance on home hair care.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Florida Cosmetology License is required.
  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with a portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques.
